Gwen Steel is twenty years old and a junior at the University of Minnesota, where she is pursuing a double major in art and English. She contributed to the Shirley Geok-lin Lim page with fellow students Sarah Monahan, Paula Hoover, Cathy Gallagher, and Nina Sutton . Her interests include radio broadcasting, music, and GLBT activism.
