Tawana Nekesha Bandy is a junior at the University of Minnesota. She will graduate in May 2003 with a major in Family Social Science and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Along with classmates Kate Meredith Diercks, Emily Bess Heitzman, and Amber Rose Lacy, Tawana contributed the page on Sandra Jackson-Opoku for her U.S. Women of Color Literatures class in Spring 2001.
