You Make Us Great

VG/Voices from the Gaps is an incredible resource not only for University of Minnesota students, but for students all over the world.  We attracted the most hits of any web page at the University’s College of Liberal Arts last year! Proof that people are taking advantage of this site researched, written, and designed primarily by U of M students.

VG serves as an active learning component in the classroom where the works of women writers and artists of color are read and studied. Students can not only access the site’s information, but also shape the site by contributing a page about a writer of their choice. Student work becomes part of the wealth of knowledge that is accessible to anyone in the world.

Your tax-deductible contribution provides our students with encouragement and vital financial support. It gives our faculty resources for enlarging knowledge and understanding.
